As with any other software, errors are possible in the NUNAV app. NUNAV promptly investigates any signs of such errors and first analyses whether a problem is due to map data, traffic-warning information furnished by police, a connection error or an error in the programming code.
NUNAV users have access to e-mail-based support in Hanover (via email@example.com) or the notification capability built into the Android app to suggest improvements to the product or report any errors.
