What changes are there in the exhibitor and assembly passes?

All persons wishing to enter the trade fair grounds before, during or after the trade fair must register online in advance by way of online ticket purchase or using their exhibitor pass. In other words, every person - whether stand personnel or stand constructors - requires a personalised pass. Online tickets must be presented digitally on a smartphone.

Exhibitors will therefore not be sent printed passes. They will receive voucher codes that must be redeemed in advance online in the Koelnmesse ticket shop. The voucher codes must be passed on to those who will be working for the company at the trade fair. Voucher codes can be redeemed in the respective trade fair's ticket shop, which can be accessed via the trade fair's website.

Exhibitors who require additional voucher codes can order them online.

As always, exhibitors can use local public transport in the VRS network free of charge during the trade fair. Tickets for transport will be sent in a separate e-mail. Please note: Tickets for travel are only valid for exhibitors. The passes for set-up and dismantling do not entitle the holder to use local public transport in the VRS network.
