If you receive a notice that an account already exists under your name and/or e-mail address, please try the following:

  1. Check the e-mail address for typing errors or reset your current password using the "Forgot password" function and try the registration again.

  1. Register again with your personal e-mail address. It may be that in our systems your name is already associated with a general e-mail address (e.g. info@).
